Supervision as a Change Experience

This workshop introduces an innovative model of clinical supervision that draws on research in learning, education, and metacognition to show why supervision so often falls short and how it can truly foster therapist growth.
Through the analysis of a live supervision video, we will explore how supervisors can assess what supervisees are integrating, address emotional challenges that come with relearning, and support genuine development without turning supervision into therapy.
